Message	wondered what the heck that thing was. Apparently it's a 1973 (Australian) Ford XB GT Falcon with a 351 cu. in., 300 hp motor. The most similar car in the U.S. was the Ford Torino, I believe. The supercharger (that in the movie could be switched on and off) was faked for the movie, although the Weiand supercharger company really does exist. Man that thing was badass.
